Refund policy
Our returns policy is straightforward.
First purchase - If for any reason you are unhappy with Happy Tuesdays within the first 30 days of your first purchase, simply return the order, having used no more than 2 sachets of product from your order for a refund. Email us at help@happytuesdays.com and we'll take things from there.
Subsequent purchase/s - If for any reason you are unhappy with Happy Tuesdays within the first 14 days of your subsequent purchase/s, simply return the order, having used no products from your order, for a refund. Email us at help@happytuesdays.com and we'll take things from there.

REFERRAL ORDERS
Please note, orders that make use of referral discount codes are not eligible for our 30 day first purchase refund policy.
RETURNS
To complete your return, please get in touch with help@happytuesdays.com and send a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the products you'll be returning.
Our first order refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused, having used no more than 2 sachets of any product from your order (first purchase only) and in the same condition that you received it.
MISSING ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, we will request a signed Denial of Receipt (DOR) form in order to to process a refund or replacement order.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
