FAQs & T&Cs
Is this offer for both new and existing customers?
You don't need to be an existing customer to start referring your friends but only existing customers are eligible to receive award vouchers at the end of the 30 day referral window.
Practically this means that in order to be eligible to receive your voucher you need to have placed an order with Happy Tuesdays at some point in history before your 30 day referral window is up.
Importantly, you need to use the same email address to sign up for this offer as was used for your Happy Tuesday order.

Can I get my referral reward discount before the end of my 30 day referral window?
In a word... Nope! If you're eligible for a voucher you'll be sent it 30 days after your first successful referred purchase. For operational reasons we aren't able to shorten this for anyone.
How do I refer someone?
It's simple:
1. Share your unique link with someone who has never bought Happy Tuesdays before
2. They sign-up to get sent their £10 discount
3. They must purchase using the discount code generated by your referral link
4. 24 hours after their order is placed you'll be credited with the referral. (N.B. If this order is subsequently returned, cancelled or refunded then the referral credit will be removed from your tally.)
We can only count friend orders that use the discount code created via your referral link in their first purchase. If your friend doesn't use it or uses an alternative discount code on their first order, this won't count as a referral. Under no circumstances can referrals can't be applied to friend's orders retrospectively.
Ineligible referral orders include, but are not limited to:
Orders made by existing customers using a different postal or email address than the one on our system
Orders made to the same household as an existing customer
Returned or cancelled orders
Who can I refer?
You can only refer people who have never previously purchased from Happy Tuesdays.
Any links posted on public voucher or affiliate sites will automatically disqualify the owner of referral link from earning any discount vouchers.
What can my friends use their £10 discount voucher for?
The voucher is for new customers to use against one-time orders of Post-Rave Wellness Packs over £20. The voucher is only eligible for use against the value of Post-Rave Wellness Packs ordered. It can't be combined with any other vouchers, discounts or gifts.
Some other common sense things apply:
Voucher codes are not transferable can only be used by the friend who signed up. They must use the same email address as they signed up with
The voucher must be used by your friend when they place their first order
Vouchers and referrals can't be applied or assigned retrospectively
Our 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to discounted referral orders.
Will my friends still be able to use my unique link to get a £10 discount after my 30 day referral window is over?
Yes, they can. But only purchases made within the 30 day referral window will count towards any reward vouchers you may earn.

Our platform checks to ensure you’re not trying to refer yourself or someone in the same household as you.
If you’re referral isn’t working as it should, it’s likely that it’s been flagged as not an authentic referral by our fraud detection filters.

Make sure you're using the same email address that you signed up for your code. If you still have issues then contact us at referrals@happytuesdays.com
How long will the offer run?
We'll stop accepting new sign ups to this offer on Monday September 30th 2024 23:59. Anyone who has already succesfully referred at least one friend by the closing date will still have until the end of their referral window. Anyone who has signed up but not referred anyone by the closing time will not be eligible to receive discount vouchers.
Happy Tuesdays reserves the right to terminate the campaign at any time they wish with no commitments to customers participating in the scheme to continue.
In this event, a customer’s 30-day referral window will effectively end on the day of the termination and that customer will receive a coupon based on the number of referrals made up until that point.
Happy Tuesdays also reserves the right to extend the campaign beyond the dates stated above.

The spirit of this offer is to offer something back to Happy Tuesdays customers who love our products and recommend us to their friends.
Happy Tuesdays reserves the right to withold or cancel referral credits and / or vouchers from anyone that attempts to "game", undermine or otherwise not abide by the spirit of the offer. Happy Tuesdays' judgement in these matters is final.
Promotional codes posted to public voucher code or affiliates sites or similar will be invalidated and the referrer disqualified from the offer and receipt of any reward voucher.
Any other terms and conditions?
Referrals are only valid for first-time customers.
Direct or indirect self-referral of any kind will lead to full disqualification from the offer and the cancellation of any reward or potential reward. You cannot refer anyone who lives in the same household as you, they must have an email address unconnected to you and a different name. Anyone referred must have a different IP address to the referrer and use a unique payment method.
Friends must spend a minimum of £20 on Post-Rave Wellness Packs in order to use their referral discount.
The voucher is applicable to one-time orders only, not subscriptions.
24 hours after a successful purchase by the friend referred using the referral discount code, advocates will receive a notification that their 30-day referral window has begun.
Referrers will continue to receive email notifications each time a friend they have referred purchases using the discount code provided in their referral email.
When the 30-day period concludes, the number of successful referrals will be totalled up and the referrer will be emailed a discount code according to the following rules:
1-2 successful referrals: £15 reward
3-4 successful referrals: £100 reward
5 or more referrals: £250 reward
This campaign launches on Friday May 31st 2024 00:00 and will finish on Monday September 30th 2024 11:59.
