Shipping
We hold stock in the UK and in the EU (Netherlands). All EU orders are shipped from the Netherlands. All UK and Rest of World orders are shipped from the UK.

Best efforts are taken by our couriers to meet delivery time aims but they are not guaranteed.

Free standard delivery is available for all orders over £45 (or local currency equivalent).

Ex-UK shipping

We ship globally and offer a range of delivery speeds. Shipping prices and estimated times vary by country so are best viewed during checkout.

Order cut-off times
UK and Rest of World orders made before 3pm UK time Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same-day.

EU orders made before 2pm CET Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same-day.

Addresses

Shipping exclusions
We currently are not able to ship to Brazil, Norway, Russia or Ukraine.
