We hold stock in the UK and in the EU (Netherlands). All EU orders are shipped from the Netherlands. All UK and Rest of World orders are shipped from the UK.

Free standard delivery is available for all orders over £20 (or local currency equivalent).

UK and Rest of World orders made before 3pm UK time Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same-day.

EU orders made before 2pm CET Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same-day.

We ship globally and offer a range of delivery speeds to suit different delivery aims from next day, 1-3 day and economy services. Shipping prices and speeds vary by country so are best viewed during checkout.

Best efforts are taken by our couriers to meet delivery aims but they are not guaranteed.

Be sure to select the product option that is relevant to your shipping location to avoid any delays with dispatch from our warehouses.

We currently do not ship to Norway or Ukraine.

COVID update
COVID is still having some knock-on effects on delivery times due to there being fewer commercial flights especially to Australia and New Zealand. UK deliveries are unaffected.
