We ship tens of thousands of orders every year. Over 98% arrive within the delivery esimates provided during checkout (and 99% arrive shortly after that).
The delivery aims given during checkout are ultimately estimates provided by our delivery partners which are based on historical averages and, as per our terms and conditions, are not guaranteed.
The delivery services we work with, provide us with a number of working days after which they consider an item lost. Until that point is reached we have to assume your order is on your way to you.
In the UK, Royal Mail consider an item lost only if it hasn't arrived after 10 working days.

Additional notes for UK deliveries
- We aim to dispatch orders placed by 3pm UK-time same day.
- If you chose for your order to be sent with the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class service then once your package leaves our warehouse only proof of delivery is provided (i.e. confirmation once the package has been delivered, not tracking throughout the package’s journey).
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived 10 working days after dispatch (this is the date at which the Royal Mail will officially consider the order lost) please do let us know so we can investigate it further. Until that date we have to assume your order is still on its way to you. 99% of orders do turn up within this time frame.
Additional notes for non-UK Orders
- EU orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We aim to dispatch orders placed by 2pm Netherlands-time on the same day.
- Rest of World orders are normally shipped from our warehouse in the UK. We aim to dispatch orders placed by 3pm Netherlands-time on the same day.
- We use a range of international delivery services to ship orders to our customer around the globe.
Orders shipped with Deutsche Post - Orders shipped via Deutsche Post will go via Deutsche Post's international sortation center in Frankfurt.
- From there they will be sent to the final destination country. Once the package arrives in the destination country it is placed into the the local postal system.
- You can track your order via the link we sent you. More detailed tracking can also be found entering your tracking number into Parcels App or, once an order has arrived in the destination country, by using the tracking service on your national postal service's website (e.g. postnl.nl, correos.es etc).
- For any delays or lost order inquiries, you should first contact your local national postal service (not Deutsche Post).

Royal Mail provides proof of delivery rather than āin-flightā tracking. Youāll only see information once delivery is completed, not updates along your orderās journey to you.
If the status on your package says it is delivered but you still have not received it, please check with your neighbours and housemates to see if they have it. Also check your tracking information via the link sent to you and also on parcelsapp.com in case there is additional information about where your order may have been left. Sometimes orders may be delivered to your designated āSafe Placeā so also check there. If you are still unable to locate your package having checked, please contact help@happytuesdays.com so we can assist you.
You should contact your local customs agency to discuss things directly with them.Weāve been shipping orders around the world for several years. We have warehouses in the UK and EU so for the majority of orders, no customs checks are required. Beyond that, we only ship to countries that we have a reliable track record with for there not being any issues or undue hold ups at customs. That said, customs controls are (literally) a law unto themselves and on very rare occasions there can be unexpected hold ups.As the buyer (and, technically speaking, the importer), only you can deal with your local customs office so you should communicate directly with them or via the courier. For the reasons above, Happy Tuesdays canāt be held responsible for customs delays or issues.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order, it will get returned to our warehouse. Once it is back with us, we will be able to send out a replacement for you.
Our warehouse processes orders as quickly as possible after they are placed so changing or cancelling may not be possible anymore.
We are also unable to amend delivery addresses after an order has been placed.
If you need an order sending to a different address than the one you provided during checkout or require different products, customers have found the best solution to be to place a replacement order and to return the original order which can then be refunded.
To prevent your package from getting lost, where possible, our systems check that your shipping address is valid. If there are any potential issues with the information you provided (sometimes newly built homes arenāt recognised, for example), we will email you to ask for confirmation before we are able to process your order. Your order will not be processed until we have received confirmation from you and Happy Tuesdays. Weāll process your order as fast as possible after weāve confirmed your correct address.
If you are wondering why your order hasnāt been dispatched yet, there might have been an issue with your address being recognised by our system. If this is the case, we would have sent you an email to double check your details. Please check your junk mail folder to make sure you havenāt missed it and reply so we can get your order moving asap.

Unfortunately we can not cancel your order while itās in transit. You can however return the order to us once you receive it and get a refund. If you no longer require your Happy Tuesdays, please send an email to help@happytuesdays.com with the reason you wish to return your order. We will process your refund once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse.
We are unable to alter the delivery address of an order once it has been placed. We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Please carefully review your address for accuracy before submitting, as we cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information entered by the customer.
Each courier we work with provides us with an estimated delivery for each country we deliver to which is the information we provide during checkout. Delivery times are not guaranteed, as per our Delivery Policy.
Of course, in the small number of cases it happens, you can return your order to us if it has arrived later than when you need it for. Our packs have a long shelf-life (normally multiple years) so most customers decide to hold onto them for future use.

Until that point, we have to assume your order is still on its way to you. Please contact us here to request a return and make sure you include your order number and return reason. Once we have received the returned merchandise, your order will be refunded within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unfortunately we can not cancel your order once the shipping label has been printed by our warehouse. You can however return the order to us once you receive it and get a refund. If you need to change your shipping address, please email the Customer Service team right away. Our warehouse processes orders very quickly (to get them to you fast!) but if your order hasnāt already been picked and labelled then we can help. Once your order has been picked and labelled, we are unable to change the address for you. We cannot be held responsible or liable for a customer providing us with the wrong address.
Each country we ship to has different shipping options available to choose from. Generally we offer standard and express tracked shipping options to global destinations. We hold stock in the UK and in the Netherlands. All EU orders are shipped from the Netherlands. All UK and Rest of World orders are shipped from the UK.
In a word, no. We have warehouses in the UK and EU. We donāt ship regular consumer (i.e. non-wholesale) orders to countries where customs fees will be due, so you can be safe in the knowledge that thereāll be no extra surprise fees.
We offer a 30 day return policy for unopened orders. To make a return, please send us an email to help@happytuesdays.com with your order number and the reason you wish to return your order and we will be able to help you with this.
We ship worldwide from our warehouses in the UK and Netherlands. Standard shipping is handled by Royal Mail and Deutsche Post and then transferred to the local postal carrier in the destination country.

First purchase - If for any reason you wish to return your order within 30 days of purchase (first purchase) , having used no more than 3 sachets of product from your order, please contact ourĀ Customer Service team and they will talk you through the process.
Subsequent purchase/s - If for any reason you wish to return your order within 14 days of purchase (subsequent purchase/s), having used no products from your order, please contact our Customer Service team and they will talk you through the process. Your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them.
Once your return is received back at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, weāll process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Each pack contains obsessively researched nutrients, in forms that the body can easily absorb. We do not use traditional fillers and preservatives that other supplements use.
Yes you can! Happy Tuesdays Post-Rave Wellness Packs use delay-release capsules specifically to make them easier on your stomach. Delay release capsules are made of a special material that doesn't dissolve in the stomach, but in the gut, where your body absorbs them. This claim is backed up by clinical, in vitro studies. The other benefit of this is that the acid in your stomach doesn't denature the nutrients before they get absorbed.
We recommend taking Happy Tuesdays Post-Rave Wellness Packs once per 24 hour period. You may repeat on subsequent days as needed. Our packs contain high concentrations of vitamins and minerals so donāt advise taking more than one pack per day.
It's best to swallow the contents of 1 single-serving of the post-rave wellness packs at the end of your night, before bed. If you forget, it's best to take it as soon as you wake up the following morning.
If you are pregnant or currently taking prescription medication, always speak to a medical professional before taking the Post-Rave Wellness Packs. Due to them containing 5-HTP, we do not recommend using our packs if you are on SSRIs or antidepressants.

This isn't something we'd recommend. We use delayed release capsules which dissolve in your gut rather than your stomach which maximises the potency and absorption of each nutrient. The ingredients also aren't necessarily water-soluble which would make it hard to mix with water and the taste may also leave something to be desired :)
