REGULATE YOUR TEMPERATURE
The tunes are banging. You’re dancing hard - like hard hard - and loving every minute of it.

You touch your forehead, swiftly clocking how sweaty you are. You’re hot, perspiring a lot and wiping your face with your t-shirt every 30 seconds. Regular body temperature is 37°C. Substances you put in your body can cause this to increase by a degree or two. Doesn’t sound like much but hitting 40°C puts you in the danger zone.

Solution? Head to the smoker's.

Let the cold breeze rejuvenate your senses; take a couple of deep breaths and feel that refreshing tingle in your chest. Chill out before gearing up for another bout of dancing.

SOOTHE ACHES & PAINS
Stomping your feet all night involves a lot of different muscles. That feeling of your quads, calves and hammies tightening up mid-rave is down to lactic acid which forms through strenuous physical exercise.

Clear out some of that lactate by taking a seat and giving your leg muscles a break. Lactic acid is water-soluble, so hydrating will help flush it out. Stretching your muscles will also release more lactate.
