If you could build a club, what would it be like?

From Open Ground to Bassiani and Tresor, the world’s best clubs don’t happen by accident. They’re the result of careful attention to detail, and teams putting great thought into the party experience from beginning to end. 

Based between Tbilisi and Prague, ARNII is an artist, cultural commentator and a spokesperson for clubbing and the nightlife industry. From being in his sweet spot on the dance floor to experiencing the night from the booth, he knows clubs. 

So who better to dream up what the perfect club would look like? 

What I’d Build is our new series with ARNII, thinking about the club he would design if he had the chance. 

Part one focuses on the space: the building, the layout, the sound system, the lighting— all the elements that shape your experience as you step into a venue, and set the tone for everything that follows.
