Delivery
Order cut-off times: UK and Rest of World orders made before 3pm UK time Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same-day.
EU orders made before 2pm CET Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same-day.
Bank Holidays
Non-EU (ie UK and ROW) orders: Please note, that there will be a +1 day delay for dispatch for any non-EU (ie UK and ROW) orders placed on April 18th and 21st and May 5th and 26th due to the national bank holidays.
EU orders: There will be a +1 day for dispatch for any EU orders placed on April 26th due to King’s Day.
Once your order is packed, we'll send you an email with a tracking link so you can follow it's journey to your door.
UK & EU warehouses: We hold stock in the UK and in the EU (Netherlands). All EU orders are shipped from the Netherlands. All UK and Rest of World orders are shipped from the UK.
Best efforts are taken by our couriers to meet delivery time aims but they are not guaranteed.
Delivery estimates: We provide estimated delivery timelines at checkout which are averages based on historical data provided by our delivery partners. These are provided as a guideline and are not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, customs clearance, or inclement weather. Time is not of the essence of the contract between Happy Tuesdays and our customers.
Delivery Address: We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Please carefully review your address for accuracy before submitting, as we cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information entered by the customer.
Incorrect Address: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a replacement order can be arranged, however, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping exclusions: We currently are not able to ship to Brazil, Norway, Russia or Ukraine.
